SCHMIT & BENDER MP 11 NEW SCOPE

Recommended Posts

My mate has just purchased the new Schmit & Bender MP 11 scope at a cost of £1500 and I have to say it is excellent.

He wanted to try the scope out for long range as this is his forte.

Anyway we spotted a hare sitting in a field and with the rangefinder assessed that it was 664 yards away.

So after checking his ballistic chart printed from the internet , dialled in the turret the minutes of angle required at the required distance.

Now there was a tiny breath of wind blowing from the right so he aimed approx 1 foot to the right and with his first shot he took the hare.

I was totally gobsmacked :icon_eek::icon_eek::icon_eek:

To appreciate the distance if you follow the muzzle in pic below and follow in a straight line til you hit 2 bushes , that is where the hare was sitting :o

Im sure varminter will appreciate this sort of shooting :)
